I highly recommend Pat Rosillo- she is the agent that helped us to find our house in Rancho Mirage. She quickly understood what we were looking for, previewed hundreds of properties for us so that we didn`t waste time on our trips out to see houses and made sure that we didn`t look at any neighborhoods or houses that weren`t up to par. She was really good at steering us in the right direction. Plus, best of all- she was really fun to spend time with and after we closed escrow she helped us to find the necessary people to renovate the house.
